I adore Hey Cherry's blog and products, just look at the stuff they do!
I have been meaning to post about the wonderful gift hubby surprised me with after reading my post about the matryoshka/babushka love I have... one day he came home with this lovely set all for me! it's so pretty...
and then Hey Cherry posts the link to where they come from and I see about a million more things that i have to have too!!!

the rain on paint

have been trying to paint the pool room
but for some inexplicable reason Cape Town winter has arrived in Durban
and i can't hardly get a thing done!
water has been coming down the walls from the wind pushing the rain in at all angles
making a huge and spectacular mess on unsuspecting painted walls
and poor old dirty floors
if and when the paint all dries I hope to share my enjoyable project
it has been super frustrating but also fun and a big blessing

we are house sitting from the 14th June to 21 July, little or no internet access will most likely drive me insane! but will update when i can and hopefully all the lovely blog links here will keep inspiring you!

Swim School

It's finally all come together. I start teaching on the 15th June at my friend's swim school while she is away for a month and then on the 18th of July I move over to my "own" pool (I don't own it but am the designated teacher for the venue ~ an indoor pool) for which the numbers are just growing and growing.....
